Issue: Coach can add more clients than the maximum limit defined in the plan.
Description:
When the Super Admin creates a plan with a maximum client limit of 2, the coach is still able to add more than 2 clients.
Scenario:
Client 1 is added through the unique URL.
Client 2 is added by converting a manually created lead and assigning the plan. (The user was paused on the payment page for 10 minutes.)
Client 3 is then added again through the unique URL, even though the plan limit of 2 clients has already been reached.
Expected Result:
The system should prevent adding more clients once the maximum client limit (2) is reached.
Actual Result:
The coach is able to add a third client, exceeding the defined plan limit.
