Category icon mismatch on Planner Page tasks

Description

Description: On the Planner page, the category icon displayed for tasks does not match the selected or assigned category. This may cause confusion for users when identifying task types

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Log in to the web application.
  2. Navigate to the Planner Page.
  3. Create a new task or open an existing task.
  4. Choose a specific category (Health , Personal etc).
  5. Save the quest.
  6. View the task on the Planner page.

Actual Result: The category icon displayed does not correspond to the selected category.
Expected Result: The category icon should correctly match the selected task category.
