Bug #6653
openWhen a user enters the keyword "assignment" in the general chat, the system currently opens the chip selection option. However, it should instead open the title input field to allow the user to enter assignment details directly.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to the General Chat section.
- Enter the keyword "assignment" in the chat input.
- Send or trigger the input.
- Observe the UI behavior.
*Actual Result:*The system opens the chip selection option.
Expected Result: The system should open the Enter Title input box for assignment creation.
