Previously selected values are not deselected when selecting a different option in Reflect module

Description

Description: When a user selects an option in the Reflect module and then chooses another option, the previously selected values remain selected. The system should automatically deselect earlier selections when a new option is chosen.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Navigate to the Reflect module.
  3. Select any option/value.
  4. Select a different option/value.
  5. Observe the selection behavior.

*Actual Result:*Previously selected values remain selected along with the new selection.

*Expected Result:*Previously selected values should be automatically deselected when a new option is selected (only one selection should be active at a time).
