*Description*When a user copies the unique URL from the home page and navigates to the coach dashboard, the Recent Activity section incorrectly shows that a QR code was generated. Copying a URL should not trigger QR code generation activity.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as a Coach
2. Navigate to the Home page
3. Copy the unique URL
4. Go to the Dashboard
5. Open the Recent Activity section
6. Observe the activity logs
   Actual Result The system logs an activity indicating that a QR code was generated.
   *Expected Result*No QR code generation activity should be logged when simply copying the unique URL.
