Description
When a user enters a long title while creating a folder, the system does not allow the folder to be created. This affects usability when users try to use descriptive or detailed folder names.
Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application
2. Log in with valid credentials
3. Navigate to the Course Material / Folder section
4. Click on Create Folder
5. Enter a long title (e.g., 50+ characters):
