folder name not update when we update folder from AI conversation in my jounry -> plan my projects section due to refresh issue

Description

*Description*When a user updates a folder name using the AI conversation feature, the updated name is not reflected in the Plan My Projects section under My Journey. The change only appears after manually refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the application
  2. Navigate to My Journey → Plan My Projects
  3. Select or create a folder
  4. Open AI Conversation / AI Buddy
  5. Update the folder name using AI (e.g., rename folder)
  6. Return to Plan My Projects section
Actual Result
  1. Folder name does not update instantly
  2. Old name is still displayed
  3. Changes are visible only after manual page refresh

Expected Result
Folder name should update instantly (real-time)
No manual refresh should be required
