Incorrect AI Response When Clicking “Add All” Multiple Times

Description

*Description*When a user clicks on the “Add All” button for suggested quests, the quests are added successfully on the first attempt. However, if the user clicks “Add All” again, the AI still responds with “Quests added successfully” instead of indicating that the quests have already been added.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the application
  2. Navigate to the section with suggested quests
  3. Click on the “Add All” button
  4. Verify that all quests are added successfully
  5. Click on the “Add All” button again
Actual Result
  1. AI responds with “Quests added successfully” again
  2. No indication that quests were already added
Expected Result
  1. AI should respond with “Quests already added” or similar message
  2. System should prevent duplicate action or provide proper feedback
