Description

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Login to the application
  2. Navigate to Reflect module
  3. Open the Latest Progress section
  4. Observe the UI under the progress items

Expected Result:
Arrow icon should be displayed for each progress item (to indicate navigation or expand option).

Actual Result:
Arrow icon is not present under the Latest Progress section.
