• When a user selects a priority other than Medium (e.g., High or Critical) in the New Request form, the system still displays the priority as Medium after submission.

1. Navigate to Software Updates
2. Click on New Request
3. Fill in all required fields
4. Set Priority to High or Critical
5. Submit the request
6. Check the displayed priority in the request list/details

Actual Result

The priority is always shown as Medium, regardless of the selected value.
Expected Result

The selected priority (High/Critical/Low) should be saved and displayed correctly.
