Steps to Reproduce:

1. Prepare an Excel file with the Project Name column left empty
2. Upload the file via Media Bulk Upload
3. Complete the upload process
4. Observe the uploaded data on the screen
   Expected Result:
   The system should validate the Project Name field and prevent upload if it is empty, showing an appropriate error message.

Actual Result:
The data is uploaded successfully even when the Project Name is empty, and it is reflected on the screen.
