Steps to Reproduce:

1. Prepare an Excel file with empty Contact and Account columns
2. Upload the file under Media Project (Bulk Upload)
3. Complete the upload process
4. Observe the uploaded data
   Expected Result:
   The system should validate mandatory fields (Contact and Account) and prevent upload if they are empty, displaying an appropriate error message.
   Actual Result:
   The Excel data is uploaded successfully even when the Contact and Account fields are empty.
