Description : When the user tries to edit the folder name directly through AI conversation, the update does not work. However, if the user first selects the folder chip and then edits the folder name, it gets updated successfully.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open AI conversation.
2. Try to edit the existing folder name directly through the conversation.
3. Observe that the folder name is not updated.
4. Now select the folder chip.
5. Edit the folder name again.
6. Observe that the folder name is updated successfully.

Expected Result:
The folder name should be editable directly through AI conversation without requiring the user to select the chip first.

• The folder name is only updated after selecting the folder chip first. Direct editing through AI conversation does not work.
