openAI token usage exceeds the allocated plan limit. Even if the plan provides only 2 AI tokens, the client is able to use more than the allowed limit.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Create or assign a plan with only 2 AI tokens
- Login as a client with that active plan
- Use AI features (e.g., AI chat, AI-generated tasks, AI assistance)
- Continue using AI features after consuming 2 tokens
- Observe the token usage behavior
Expected Result:
Once the client reaches the allocated limit of 2 AI tokens, further AI usage should be restricted or an upgrade prompt should be shown.
Actual Result:
The client is able to continue using AI features even after exceeding the allocated 2 AI tokens limit.
