Description

While scheduling a visit for an applicant, the system allows users to select and schedule a visit time that has already passed on the current date.
For example, if the current system time is 11:00 AM, the user is able to schedule a visit for 10:00 AM on the same day. The visit is scheduled successfully without any validation or warning message.
This behavior is incorrect because visit appointments should only be scheduled for current or future time slots. Allowing past-time scheduling may lead to invalid appointments and workflow inconsistencies.
