After a task has been completed and its status is marked as "Done", the system still allows users to change the assigned contractor and submit contractor ratings.
This behavior is incorrect because a task in the Done state should be considered finalized and no further modifications should be allowed to task-related assignments or contractor evaluations. Allowing such changes may lead to data inconsistencies and inaccurate task history.
