Send Button Overlaps Attachment Options in Task Message Composer

Description

In the Task Management module, when a user navigates to the Messages section and composes a message, clicking the send arrow button opens additional options such as Mail Compose, Upload Photo, and Upload Document.
However, when the attachment options are displayed, the Send button overlaps the Upload Photo and Upload Document sections, causing UI distortion and making the attachment options partially hidden or difficult to access.
This behavior is incorrect because all action buttons and attachment options should be displayed clearly without overlapping UI elements.
