Description

Within the Task Management module, when a user opens the Bills & Receipts section of a task and clicks the Done button without selecting or uploading any bill/receipt, the system displays a success popup/message.
This behavior is incorrect because no bill or receipt has been selected, uploaded, or processed. The system should validate the input and prevent completion of the action until at least one valid bill or receipt is selected.
