While creating a lease, on the Rent & Payment page (Section D), after filling in the required fields near the bottom of the form and opening the keyboard for data entry, an excessive blank white space appears between the form content and the keyboard.

The blank area is scrollable, and upon continued scrolling, the screen eventually displays only a white/empty area without any form content. This creates an inconsistent user experience and gives the impression that additional content exists when none is available.
