User Unable to Clear Previously Entered OTP After Invalid OTP Validation Is Displayed

Description

When a user enters an incorrect OTP and clicks the Confirm/Verify button, the system correctly displays an invalid OTP validation message. However, the OTP digits entered in the input fields remain populated.
Additionally, the user is unable to delete or overwrite the previously entered OTP digits. As a result, the user cannot enter a new OTP without refreshing the screen or performing additional actions.
