Selected Task Reminder Is Not Triggered and Reminder Value Is Not Retained in Edit Task Screen

Description

While creating a task, the user selects a reminder option of "30 Minutes Before" and successfully saves the task. However, the configured reminder does not trigger any notification at the scheduled reminder time.
Additionally, when the user opens the task in Edit Task, the Reminder field appears empty and does not display the previously selected "30 Minutes Before" reminder value.
