Currently, while assigning a task, the system displays Applicants and Tenants as available assignees along with Contractors. This behavior is incorrect because tasks are intended to be performed and managed by contractors.
Applicants and tenants should not appear in the task assignment list, as they are not responsible for executing maintenance or operational tasks. Only contractors should be available for selection when assigning a task.
