An SMS was sent to an applicant from the Tenant Screening module. At the time of sending the message, the recipient's phone number was displayed with the correct country code (+91).

However, after navigating to the Messages module and viewing the sent conversation, the recipient's phone number is displayed with an incorrect country code.

This behavior is incorrect because the recipient's phone number and country code should remain consistent across all modules. The Messages module should display the same country code that was used when the SMS was sent.
