Incorrect Back Navigation from Exercise Creation Screen Redirects Coach to Exercise Database Instead of Workout Creation Flow

Description

When a coach initiates the Create New Exercise flow from the Workout Creation screen and then clicks the Back Arrow without saving the exercise, the application redirects the user to the Exercise Database tab instead of returning them to the Workout Creation (Exercise section) screen.

As a result, the coach loses the current workout creation context and may need to re-enter exercise and workout data that was previously filled, causing unnecessary effort and a poor user experience.

Impact
  1. Disrupts the workout creation workflow.
  2. Causes loss of unsaved progress.
  3. Increases the risk of duplicate data entry.
  4. Negatively affects user experience and productivity.
