When a coach enters a lengthy workout description and views the assigned exercise preview, the description text overlaps the workout thumbnail image, causing a UI layout issue.
Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to Create Exercise.
• Create a new exercise with a long description.
• Assign the exercise to any client.
• Open the assigned client's details.
• Go to Workout Plan.
• Open the assigned exercise.

Actual Result:
The workout description overlaps the workout thumbnail image, affecting readability and UI presentation.

Expected Result:
The workout description should be displayed within its designated area and should not overlap the workout thumbnail image. The layout should remain responsive and properly aligned regardless of description length.
