Display Plan Name and Plan Type in the Transactions tab

Description

The Transactions tab currently does not display the Plan Name and Plan Type for purchased plans. Adding these details will help users easily identify the purchased plan associated with each transaction and improve transaction tracking.

Expected Result
  • Display the Plan Name column in the Transactions tab.
  • Display the Plan Type (e.g., Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime) column in the Transactions tab.
  • Ensure the values are populated correctly for every transaction.
