The system should prevent coaches from tagging plans whose price is less than the configured discount amount. Applying a discount that exceeds the plan price would result in an invalid or negative payable amount.

• The system should validate the selected tagged plans before saving the offer.
• Plans with a price lower than the discount amount should not be allowed to be tagged.
• Display an appropriate validation message, such as:
  "The discount amount cannot exceed the price of the selected plan. Please select a plan with a higher price or reduce the discount amount"
