During the onboarding process, after entering the property information (including the address) on the first page and proceeding to the second page, navigating back to the first page results in the previously entered details not being retained. The form appears empty instead of displaying the saved information.

Additionally, when the user re-enters or modifies the property details and attempts to proceed, the application displays an "Organization ID already exists" validation message, preventing further progress.

This behavior is incorrect because users should be able to navigate back, review, and edit the property information entered during onboarding without encountering duplicate organization validation errors.
