While creating a lease, if the user exits the lease creation process before completing all the required information, the lease remains incomplete. However, the Activity Log incorrectly records the event as "Lease Created", even though the lease has not been successfully completed or finalized. This results in inaccurate activity tracking and may mislead users into believing the lease has been created successfully.
