Description: When a user is marked as inactive, the system should restrict the coach from performing any actions such as assigning meals, exercises, appointments, tasks, or sessions. Currently, the coach is still able to perform these actions for inactive users

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in as a Coach
2. Navigate to the Client/User list
3. Select a user who is marked as Inactive
4. Attempt to perform any of the following actions:
5. Assign meal
6. Assign exercise
7. Create appointment
8. Assign task
9. Schedule session
10. Observe the behavior

Actual Result*The coach is able to perform actions for an inactive user.
*Expected Result The system should restrict all actions for inactive users and display an appropriate message such as:
"This user is inactive. Actions are not allowed."
