Description:
When a user sends a message to the coach, no unread chat count or notification badge is displayed on the chat icon. However, after the coach clicks on the chat icon, the chat list correctly shows who sent the messages.

Expected Result:
A chat count/badge should be displayed on the chat icon whenever a new message is received by the coach.
Actual Result:
No unread chat count or badge is displayed on the chat icon, even though new messages are available in the chat list.
