During the lease renewal or lease termination workflow, after the tenant successfully accepts the lease, completes the e-sign process, and submits the action, the landlord does not receive any notification regarding the completed tenant action.
This behavior is incorrect because once the tenant performs important lease-related actions such as renewal acceptance, termination acknowledgment, or e-sign submission, the landlord should receive immediate notification for tracking, approval, and communication purposes.
The absence of notifications causes communication gaps and prevents landlords from being informed about important lease status updates.
