Description:
During the Tenant Screening process, when a landlord schedules a property visit and sends the application to the applicant, a task is automatically created for the scheduled visit. However, if the applicant later declines the visit availability or rejects the proposed visit slot, the visit-related task remains active in the system instead of being removed, canceled, or updated accordingly.

This behavior is incorrect because the task was created specifically for the scheduled visit. Once the applicant declines the visit, the associated task becomes invalid and should either be automatically removed, canceled, or marked as obsolete to accurately reflect the current application status.

Keeping the task active creates inconsistencies between the visit workflow and task management system and may lead to confusion for landlords and property managers.
