Description

When a user enters an email address that is not registered in the system on the Forgot Password screen and submits the request, the application redirects the user to the Splash Screen instead of displaying an appropriate validation or error message. This behavior may confuse users as they receive no indication that the entered email address is invalid or does not exist.
