Description

In the Reply Email and forward Email screen, an attachment (paperclip) icon is available, indicating that users can attach files to the email. However, when the user clicks on the attachment icon, no action is performed.The file picker, gallery, or document selection screen does not open, and the user is unable to attach any files to the email.
