Description

A task was created with a scheduled start time of 12:05 AM. However, when viewing the task details, the start time is displayed as 1:05 AM instead of the selected time.

This behavior is incorrect because the task details should accurately reflect the time selected during task creation. The displayed start time appears to be shifted by one hour, resulting in inconsistent scheduling information.
