When an applicant is declined by the landlord in the Tenant Screening module, the application still displays an active Next Action button on the declined applicant's profile.

The user is able to access and perform additional actions on the declined application, which is incorrect because the screening process has already been completed with a final decision.

Additionally, any task that was previously created for the applicant (e.g., visit scheduling, follow-up, or screening-related tasks) remains active even after the application has been declined.

Since the applicant is no longer being considered, the Next Action button should be disabled/hidden, and all applicant-related pending tasks should be automatically removed or closed.
