Property and Unit Count Is Not Updated After Applying Filters

Description

The application displays the total number of Properties and Units in the summary section at the top of the screen. After applying a filter, the list correctly displays only the filtered properties and units. However, the count displayed in the summary section does not update according to the filtered results.
