Deleted Task Continues to Appear in Property Module After Successful Deletion

Description

A task was created and assigned to a property. Later, the task was deleted successfully from the Task module.

However, when navigating to the associated Property module and viewing the property's task list/history, the deleted task continues to be displayed.

This behavior is incorrect because once a task has been deleted, it should be removed from all associated modules and should no longer be visible anywhere in the application.
