openInvoice template does not display plan name and price, and long email addresses have readability issues

Description
The downloaded invoice template is missing important purchase details, such as the plan name and plan price. Additionally, when the coach's or client's email address is long, it is not displayed properly, making it difficult to read and affecting the overall invoice layout.
Steps to reproduce :
1. Land coach portfolio and register new user
2.Puchased plan which generated by AI during coach portfolio creation
3.After purchased plan go to coach portal and tranasction tab
4. Download invoice
Expected Result
The invoice should display the purchased plan name and plan price.
Long coach and client email addresses should wrap or be formatted properly to ensure they are fully visible and easy to read without breaking the invoice layout.

Plan Name and Plan Type are displayed as blank in the Transactions tab when a payment fails.

Email content should be well-structured regardless of length — proper spacing and consistent formatting so it remains easy to read.
